While it is a no-brainer to me, it is up to the jury to decide the guilt or innocence of Casey Anthony. The prosecution laid out a convincing case that Casey premeditated the murder of her daughter Caylee, with Internet searches of neck breaking and chloroform. One can only imagine the horrific way she killed her daughter, through chloroform, suffocation or other means. Then she carried around her daughter's decomposing body in her car, while partying. Tossing her daughter's remains into the swamp, then throwing her own family under the bus in an attempt to save her own skin. She is clearly a psychopath, but to others unfamiliar with the underbelly of the the psychopath, they may try to see her actions in ways that are more understandable in ways in which they can relate. Believe me. Psychopaths have no conscience. Casey does not care who she hurts - even her own family. She has succeeded in enveloping them into their own demise as a family. She cares not who she brings down. She cares only for herself. What you see is what you get, when you observe her cold unmoving persona.
